    We will work with my trusted lender to get you pre-approved for a mortgage. This is a crucial step in setting a realistic budget and shows sellers you're serious.

  • 3. The Home Search

    My favorite step! I will curate a list of homes that meet your criteria. We will visit homes together to find the right fit.

  • 4. Make an Offer

    Once you find a home you like, I will help you draft a competitive offer based on market conditions and comparable home sales.

  • 5. Negotiations

    The seller may accept, reject, or counter your offer. I will guide you through the negotiation process and answer all of your questions.

  • 6. Home Inspection

    After your offer is accepted, schedule a home inspection to check for any potential issues. If problems are found, I will help negotiate repairs or price adjustments.

  • 7. Finalizing the Loan

    We will work with our lender to finalize your mortgage details and lock in your interest rate.

  • 8. Review and Sign

    I will help you review all contracts before signing, ensuring everything is in order for the closing process.

  • 9. Closing Day

    On closing day, you'll sign all necessary documents and officially take ownership of your new home!
